Hi I have a load of ideas, here are some of my room ideas:
Downtown CP: This is another area like the Plaza and the Town. It is basically the place where the other shops I am going to mention will be. Item: For the Music Jam a tuba and the CP Band jacket.
CP Airport: This is a place where if you want to change languages or servers without logging off, (L-A-Z-Y!) you can buy a ticket (first class 200 coins, second class 100 coins, third class 50 coins) and then you can leave and do other stuff. But if you don’t buy a phone (see below) you cannot fly the plane because otherwise the game cannot text you on your phone to tell you that your plane is about to fly in 5 minutes. But the best thing about flying is that it’s like going on a REAL plane! Food, magazines etc. And when you land you step out of the plane and you are in that server’s airport. Item: Flight Attendee costume (wo0t!)

The Penguin La Vage Hotel:
This would be a hotel that you could come to and buy a room for a certain amount of time (about 500 coins), then a room-key would be put in your inventory until your time was up. If you bought a hotel room you could stay in it, invite people, ride the elevator and bring your puffles to stay with you (up to 5.) This is one of my favorite ideas. Item: Room Service Outfit. Also there would be a “Breakfast Buffet” every morning.
I hope these ideas will have some consideration and thought.
